EasyFlow is installed in your laboratory and trains its AI based on your work habits.
It is open and can interface with the main orthodontic software, your platform or your partners.
- EasyFlow is connected to Digilab (Lyra ETK) for automatic collection of orders from the main clouds of scan manufacturers (3Shape, Medit, Dexis, etc.). Orders can also be collected from your own platform, semi-automatically after manual download or creation via the interface.
- It interprets the commands received using AI to recognize the information in the comment and the device ordered, and proposes the EasyModel configuration that corresponds to this device. After validation by the user, EasyModel is launched automatically.
- It can also be interfaced with :
- Your billing software to avoid double entries
- Your CAD or alignment software
- Your printing plate preparation or printer control software
- Your laser sintering service provider
- It’s a solution that enhances the productivity of all types of laboratories, whatever their size, workflows and digital content.
EasyFlow customization
When EasyFlow is installed, we can customize it to best suit your organization.
- EasyFlow-printed worksheets can be set up with your logo, information and images, in any layout you like.
- The rules for defining the wording to be engraved can be adapted to suit your habits, by reusing part of the patient’s name, the practitioner’s name, the date or the order number.
- It is possible to install the EasyFlow database on a shared hard disk (NAS) and the application on several workstations in the laboratory that share the data.
- Depending on the case, we can also study the possibility of linking up with billing software that is not yet connected to EasyFlow.
Eliminate unnecessary tasks
Compared to manually collecting and creating CAD models, using EasyFlow/EasyModel is a real relief.
- No need to log on and upload scans several times a day to different cloud platforms, store files, record order data, create models in your CAD software, build up batches of models for 3D printing,…
- All you have to do now is view the EasyFlow order analysis and validate the proposed EasyModel configuration. Then export your models to launch 3D printing. If you’ve connected your invoicing system, you don’t even need to enter your invoices!
