This contract is subject to French law.

Changes to the Terms of Use

Ai4Dental reserves the right to modify the general conditions of service and sale at any time by notifying its Users via its website or by email. Any use after this warning is considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions of use

In order to use the Service, the User must have access to the Internet, and all necessary equipment, in particular a computer, a means of connection to the Internet network.

As the Service is in SaaS mode, there is no minimum configuration of the client computer. However, since the scans and templates are large, a good internet connection is preferable, especially with fiber optics.

Access to the Service

In order to access the Service, the Primary User must have previously created their profile and have a credit of D₵ (Dental Coins).

The creation of a user profile is done on the Registration page of the Site, it is free and without obligation. When this registration is validated by Ai4Dental’s customer service, a Primary User is created to whom an amount of D₵ is allocated free of charge to enable him/her to test the Service.

A Primary User may subsequently declare Secondary Users in the appropriate interface of the Service.

To access the Service, the User must provide a valid login/password in the access interface. In the event of access difficulties, a link is provided on this interface to generate a new password, and it is also possible to contact customer service.

Ordering

The Primary User may place orders for D₵ packs on the Site. The D₵ will be effectively credited to the Customer upon receipt of payment for such order.

Any order implies the acceptance without reserve of the present general conditions of sale.

Payment

The Primary User is free to choose between payment by credit card, check or bank transfer.

Please note that payment by cheque or bank transfer requires a delay in the receipt of payment before the D₵ are credited to the Customer’s account.

Billing

Upon receipt of payment for an order, an invoice is issued and sent to the email address of the Primary User. Invoices can be found on the Site in the My Account section of the Main User, in the list of orders.

Cost of making dental models

The cost of making dental models is expressed in D₵. The number of D₵ corresponding to a dental model depends on the complexity of the treatments to be performed and the time it saves the User.

The cost of model realizations performed by users are deducted from the D₵ credit of the Customer to which they are attached.

Duration of the DC$ validity

The D₵ have a validity period of 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period of validity, it is still possible to be refunded by contacting the customer service within 3 months following the end of the validity period.

Reimbursement

At any time, the Principal User may request reimbursement of the D₵ credit attached to the Customer on which he depends. D₵ will be reimbursed at their acquisition cost.

Warranty

Ai4Dental strives to make the Service evolve according to the Users’ feedback, however the models produced by the Service may not have the quality expected by the User. In this case, the User only has to declare that the model is incorrect by indicating the nature of the problem encountered in the list of results. The anomaly will be automatically reported to the technical team and the cost of making the model will be immediately re-credited to the Customer’s account.

Responsibility

The User is responsible for controlling the quality of the models produced by the Service. Ai4Dental shall in no event be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service and the models it produces.

Cancellation

The contractual relationship is concluded for an indefinite period. Both parties have the option to terminate the contract at any time. In the event of termination, the Customer’s D₵ credits will be refunded upon request.

Retention and use of technical data

Scans (digital footprints) and templates generated by the Service are available on the site for 6 months after they are uploaded or created. After this period, the files will be automatically deleted and it will not be possible to recover them.

Ai4Dental reserves the right to use the data or to have them used by subcontractors for the purpose of improving the algorithms.

Data privacy

We distinguish between two types of data: client data and patient data (digital impressions and print templates).

We describe, in our RGPD charter, the measures we have put in place to ensure compliance with RGPD obligations for our Customers.

For all patient data, it is the responsibility of our customers not to transmit personal data to us. They are therefore not concerned by our RGPD charter.

For all the data, we commit ourselves to distribute them, only to third parties (subcontractors), for the realization and the improvement of the service. These third parties will make the same commitment to confidentiality that we will guarantee.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the Service or the interpretation of these terms and conditions of sale shall be submitted to the competent courts of Aix-en-provence.
