How can I take advantage of the trial offer?
What are the conditions to benefit from a trial pack?
All you have to do is register to automatically receive a trial pack for 100 orthodontic models. However, the trial offer is limited to one trial per person and per company.
What information do I need to provide when registering?
Information about your company (name and type of company), your contact details (name, email and telephone number), which will enable our support department to contact you, and the password you have chosen to access the service.
Is the trial offer really commitment-free?
Yes, our trial offer is completely non-binding and there’s no need to enter any payment details. You can cancel at any time. We want to give you the opportunity to test our service free of charge and make sure it meets your needs. We are confident that you will enjoy our service and want to continue using it after the trial period. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help.
Requirements for using EasyModel
What do I need to install on my computer to use EasyModel?
Nothing. This tool is a Saas (Software as a Service) software which means that it is entirely based on the cloud. It is not necessary to install anything on your computer to use it. You can simply connect to the tool from any web browser and start using all the features it offers. This also means that there are no updates to install or maintenance to perform, we take care of all that for you. If you have any problems, you can contact our customer service team for help.
What are the minimum requirements for my computer to use EasyModel?
EasyModel is a Saas (Software as a Service) software which means that all calculations are done in machines on the cloud. It can be used on any machine that allows you to surf the web without any minimum configuration.
Do I need a fibre connection to use EasyModel?
No, you don’t have to be connected to fiber, although having good bandwidth is preferable for the best experience. The file transfers will not take longer than when you upload a scan or send back a digital model. EasyModel is designed to work efficiently even with standard internet connections. If you are experiencing download or transfer speed problems, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Progress of the trial period
How long is the trial offer package?
There is no time limit on the trial offer, but the credits allocated on registration are valid for 3 years (see below in the pricing section).
Will I receive training on the tool?
EasyModel is very easy to use. However, you will find a training page dedicated to the learning of the tool with a video presenting its main principles and its use. Please contact us or ask for a demonstration.
Will I get customer support during the trial period?
During the trial period, you will receive the same level of customer support as that offered for the paid packages.
What happens at the end of the trial period?
Your account will remain active and your models will be kept for a maximum period of 6 months. Before this deadline, you can switch to the paid offer at any time by purchasing packs, in which case you will retain your environment, including the history of the models you have generated.
Questions about the registration form
What does the * sign next to a field label mean?
When the label of a field is followed by an *, it indicates that it is mandatory to enter a value. If you leave this field blank, an error message will be displayed below the field when you click on the “I’m registering” button, and the registration process will not be able to continue until you fill in this field. In case of difficulty, please contact our customer service.
Why do I have to give my email?
It is essential for us to be able to contact you while using EasyModel for example to answer your questions. Moreover, this email address will be used as a login later on. It is essential to indicate a valid email address here.

If you don’t know how to check if an email is blocked in spam, contact our customer service and they will help you search your spam.
What is the expected format for the password?
As indicated, the password must be 8 characters long and contain at least one number, one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one special character such as !(?_/$%. For example, “abc1D” is incorrect because it has only 5 characters, and “abcdefgh1ar” is incorrect because it has no uppercase characters.
To protect your account, avoid all-too-common combinations such as “123456aA”.
How do I get the right input format for my phone number?
The format for entering the phone number depends on each country. Select your country from the list and you should be able to enter it in the format you expect. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service and they will help you solve the problem.
I don’t have a company. How do I register?
EasyModel is a tool reserved for dental professionals and that is why it is mandatory to fill in the information related to a company. If you are not part of a company, you can still contact our customer service department, which may be able to register you anyway.
In all cases, you will need to log in using the email address and password you provided when registering.
Why should I specify my company type?
This allows us to know you better in order to provide you with a more adapted service. If your type does not correspond to the choices proposed, choose “other” and specify the type in the “Please specify” field.
I have an error when I click on “I register”, what should I do?
The sources of the error are displayed under the corresponding fields in the form.
It can be either:
- a mandatory field that has not been filled in and that you must complete.
- a field that does not respect the expected format or an unrecognized number.
In both cases, check out the FAQs above and you should find the answer to your questions.
Questions regarding the validation of the registration
The validation interface tells me that the deadline has passed.
For security reasons, the validity of the confirmation link is limited to 24 hours.
If you have not clicked within 24 hours, you will have to renew your registration.
If I did not receive the validation email. What to do?
Please wait a few minutes after registering as the delivery time of an email is never guaranteed. If you still do not receive an email after about an hour, it is possible that the email address is incorrect or that the email is blocked in your spam folder.

If you don’t know how to check if an email is blocked in spam, contact our customer service and they will help you search your spam.
The validation interface tells me that this email is already known, what should I do?
It is not possible to have two users with the same email address. If you want to test the solution, you have to register again with a different email address.
The validation interface tells me that the company is already registered.
For obvious reasons, only one trial offer is granted for an entire company. However, if you feel you are in a special situation, please contact our customer service department, and in some cases you may be eligible for a new trial offer.
I am registered, how do I access EasyModel ?
There are several ways to access EasyModel:
- First, click on the link on the registration confirmation page that takes you to the login page.
- You can also click on “Access to EasyModel” in the AI4Dental website menu, which will also take you to the login page.
